2. What type of glass do you use?

​

We primarily use two types of glass, either standard clear glass or low iron glass. The major difference between the two types is the final colour display, of which low iron glass more accurately resembles your selected colour. This is due to the low iron glass displaying lower levels of green. For more information regarding the suitability of each glass type for your splashback installation contact us now. Our glass is 6mm toughened glass as per Australian standards.

5. What sort of surfaces can the splashbacks be installed onto?

​

Glass splashbacks are best installed onto a smooth surface free of protrusions, including plasterboard and cement sheets as well as concrete walls or MDF. We can also install splashbacks onto existing tiles. In some cases, such as plasterboard surfaces, we may need to install a fire resistance board behind the stove.

6. How long is the installation process?

​

About 10 working days.

7. What are the payment methods for placing orders?

​

We accept direct deposit or cash, as well as a 50% deposit placed on orders before they are placed. The remaining balance to be paid upon completion of job.
